Peter Thompson

Peter has a large breadth of industry knowledge, with more than 30 years of banking experience. He is the first and only Certified Green Professional (CGP) in New England and a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS). CGP recognizes builders, remodelers and other industry professionals who are able to incorporate green building principles into homes without driving up the cost of construction. Peter’s CAPS designation identifies him as having the skills and knowledge required to remodel or modify a home to meet the unique needs of the older population, disabled owners or their visitors.

He is a member of the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors, the Greater Manchester Home Builders Association, and the National Home Builders Association and is a charter member of the Build Green Council.
