MVSB is proud to continue its support of the Monarch School of New England (MSNE) with a $5,000 sponsorship of their Horticultural Therapy Program.
“We are grateful to receive support from local community partners like MVSB, which allows us to continue offering innovative therapy interventions,” said Jeanette Souther, MSNE Executive Director. “Gardening, as our Horticultural Therapy program is known at school, helps our students develop skills and greater independence in a calming, nature-based setting.”
“As a longtime supporter and volunteer, I have been fortunate to see the quality of the care they offer and the educational opportunities this program brings to students firsthand,” said Jolene Whitehead, MVSB Branch & Business Development Manager in Rochester. “MSNE is a wonderful resource to our local communities and we are thrilled to present this contribution.”
