Jaime Badillo Promoted to Senior Vice President Chief Information Security Officer

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Jaime Badillo to Senior Vice President Chief Information Security Officer. Badillo is responsible for NHMB security program documentation and procedures, data governance and business continuity planning as well as collaborating with personnel to identify potential technological vulnerabilities to NHMB and its affiliates, NHTrust, Savings Bank of Walpole, Merrimack County Savings Bank, and MVSB.

“Since Jaime joined NHMB, he has elevated our technology security program,” stated Robert Soloway, EVP Chief Technology & Services Officer at NHMB. “Given the rising potential for financial losses faced by customers and businesses due to online crime, Jaime’s expertise in cybersecurity, risk assessments, and reporting on the efficacy of our security measures will be essential in mitigating and eradicating potential threats to both our organization and our banking clients and he has certainly moved us in that direction. This is a well-earned promotion.”

Badillo started with NHMB in February of 2024 and has over eighteen years of information security, cyber security and risk management with financial institutions. He was involved with InfraGard, a nonprofit partnership between the FBI and members of the private sector for the protection of US business information technology. He also was a member of the Gartner CISO (Chief information Security Officers) Circle, a group of technology experts that met in Boston regularly to discuss the state of security.

Badillo spent 29 years in the Army and the National Guard, much of his experience focusing on cyber security. He holds a BA in Business Management. He moved to Pembroke from the Midwest and enjoys New Hampshire’s mountains and forests.
