MVSB is proud to announce the promotion of Dan Osetek to Senior Vice President, Senior Commercial Lending Officer. In this role, Osetek will oversee MVSB’s commercial lending team and programs. In addition, he will continue his role as Senior Vice President working with the Bank leadership to develop and implement bank strategy.
Dan has most recently served as the Bank’s Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending Team Leader and, for over a decade he has traveled throughout the Mount Washington Valley and greater Lakes Region communities supporting local businesses with their financing needs. He will follow in the footsteps of John Swedberg, who will retire at the end of May after 25 years of service to MVSB.

Dan joined MVSB as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer in 2014, bringing with him over a decade of commercial lending experience in local banks. He was promoted to Team Leader in 2021 and to Senior Vice President in 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from Bridgewater State College.
In the community, Dan currently serves as President of the Wentworth Economic Development Corporation (WEDCO), a Glade Chief with Granite Backcountry Alliance and he is a dedicated blood donor with the American Red Cross. He resides in Conway with his family.
