We are pleased to welcome Randy Woods as Senior Vice President, Information Technology. He will be responsible for overall IT support and infrastructure for NHMB and our affiliate organizations, NHTrust, Savings Bank of Walpole, Merrimack County Savings Bank (the Merrimack) and MVSB (Meredith Village Savings Bank).

“Randy brings with him a wealth of knowledge encompassing hardware and software components used to support the applications and information management requirements of our systems,” said Robert Soloway, EVP Chief Technology & Services Officer at NHMB. “As our company grows, his expertise of the integration of technology into our infrastructure is critical, not only for improving existing processes but also for creating new economic prospects for NHMB. As our infrastructure initiatives continue to incorporate modern technology, a qualified IT team is required to design, operate, and manage these systems, and we are pleased to have Randy leading the way.”

Randy has over 30 years of information technology and broadcast engineering experience with other financial institutions as well as Fiserv-CBS Division. He is a member of the IT Committee of the NH Bankers Association.

Randy is a Deacon at Christ Community Church of Weare. In his free time, he enjoys working outside, milling his own lumber, riding his ATV and participating in CrossFit. Randy has a BS in Information Systems. He and his wife live in Henniker and have 4 grown children.
