The Child Advocacy Center of Rockingham County has named Angela Salb a Champion for Children at the nonprofit’s annual award breakfast April 12 in Rye. Angela, who also serves as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer for MVSB, volunteers on the Board of Directors for the organization.
The Champion for Children award is presented in honor of Child Abuse Awareness Month in April and awardees demonstrate a dedication to the Child Advocacy Center’s mission to provide a safe environment to ensure the safety, health and well-being of abused children.
“Angela goes above and beyond to support her community and is truly passionate about the work of the Child Advocacy Center and helping local children in need,” said Bob Davis, Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending Team Leader. “We are proud to see her honored with this well-deserved recognition.”
In addition to her work with the Child Advocacy Center of Rockingham County, Angela is a member of the Rotary Club of Portsmouth, Women’s Business League Portsmouth Chapter, and Seacoast Women in Business. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and is a 2020 graduate of Leadership Seacoast.
Angela resides in Raymond, where she enjoys taking her rescue dog Cooper on hikes in the woods, running, biking, and creating gourmet dining experiences for her husband Ron (and Cooper) to enjoy.
