NHMB is proud to announce being recognized as a 2024 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Champion by the Diversity Workforce Coalition (DWC). This acknowledgement was presented by DWC and was part of their workplace DEI awards and conference event held recently at the 8th Annual DWC Workplace DEI Conference at SNHU in Manchester. The acknowledgement recognizes the work NHMB has achieved in being selected as a finalist including exemplary leadership in – and a strong commitment to – advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and community. NHMB has a strong DEI program that includes an-employee led DEI Advisory Committee and promotes a culture of welcoming and belonging that supports making NHMB an employer of choice.
Tamara Richardson, SVP, Human Resources, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer, was one of four finalists on a panel forum discussing individual DEI programs at their workplaces. The moderator was Matt Mowry from BusinessNH Magazine and each finalist responded to questions asked about their programs.
