We are happy to announce that Tamara Richardson has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources Diversity and Inclusion Officer. In this role, she ensures the organization prioritizes the enhancement of cultural diversity and inclusion, while promoting and communicating workplace expectations to employees of NHMB and our sister companies The Merrimack, MVSB, SBW and NHTrust. Richardson is based out of SBW’s North Meadow Plaza office in Walpole, NH.

While her contributions are numerous, more recently they include leading a strong talent/recruiting function necessary to meet our ever-growing talent needs.” said David Cronin, Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at NHMB. “Over the past 4 years she took on the responsibility and has worked hard, to lead and guide NHMB in its intentional efforts to develop a strong and sustainable DEI program of awareness and workplace practices that will only strengthen our culture in support of making NHMB an employer of choice.”
A Veteran of the United States Air Force, Richardson joined Savings Bank of Walpole in 1996.
Richardson is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and holds a SHRM-Certified Professional designation and a SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential. She is a member of the Monadnock Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (MDEIB)_ Business Advisory Committee. She earned her Associates in Arts Degree in Liberal Studies from Community College of Vermont. She resides in North Springfield, VT with her husband, Warren.
