Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack) is excited to announce the promotion of Brad Kulacz to Senior Vice President, Senior Retail Banking Officer. Kulacz will be succeeding Mary Lynne Rahlson, who will be retiring in November. In this role, he will be responsible for leading and managing Retail Banking across all of The Merrimack’s eight locations.
“This is a well-deserved promotion for Brad,” said Rahlson. “Brad and I have worked together throughout his career at The Merrimack and I’m confident he will excel in his new role and as senior leader.”
Kulacz has been with The Merrimack for 12 years, serving as Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President, Branch & Business Development Manager before being promoted to Regional Vice President, Retail Banking in 2019.

Kulacz is a graduate of the New England School of Financial Studies at Babson College, Leadership Greater Concord and Leadership New Hampshire. Outside of the office, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and as a Legislative Committee Member for NH Bankers. He has also served as Vice President of the Board for the Hopkinton State Fair over the last eight years.
