Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack) welcomes Silvia Croteau as AVP Branch & Development Manager of their new branch in Windham. A Windham resident with an extensive background in banking, Croteau will oversee day-to-day operations at The Merrimack’s 8th branch located on 1B Wall Street, which is anticipated to open this summer.
“We’re excited to have Silvia join our team as we expand further into Southern New Hampshire,” said Stephanie Andruss, RVP Branch Manager. “I am confident her enthusiasm and leadership will help drive the success of our new branch and strengthen the Windham community.”
Croteau joins The Merrimack with more than two decades of experience in the banking industry. Starting her career in customer service, Croteau worked her way up to supervisor before getting her manager certification.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to not only grow my career, but to work in my hometown,” said Croteau. “I’m excited to be able to represent The Merrimack and their commitment to the communities they serve.”
Prior to her banking career, Croteau completed four years of undergraduate studies in infant psychology at Universidad La Salle in Mexico and speaks fluent Spanish. Croteau is also prominent in the community and an active member of the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce. She resides in Windham with her husband and kids and is a familiar face at their church and school sporting events.
