Jennifer Wood was recently promoted to Vice President, Assistant Corporate Controller for NHMB. Based out of the Concord Foundry location, she will supervise the finance staff and be responsible for the daily financial operations for the banks and wealth management subsidiaries as well as NHMB.
“Since Jen was hired in 2019, she has been an asset for the Finance Department,” said Nicole LaPorte, Senior VP and Corporate Controller for NHMB. “This is a well-deserved promotion for Jen who has shown passion and dedication to our affiliates and the organization as a whole. We are thrilled to have Jen’s skillset and experience in accounting and finance on our team.”

Developing new efficiencies and processes to manage the growth within our department and the organization is both rewarding and challenging.”
Wood joined NHMB in 2019 as Assistant Vice President, Assistant Corporate Controller. She is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with a BS in Accounting. Wood’s previous experience included accounting and financial reporting roles at other financial institutions as well as a position as audit director at an accounting firm. She holds a CPA for New Hampshire and Connecticut. She is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the New Hampshire Society of CPA’s. She is currently participating in the Leadership Lakes Region class of 2023.
Wood lives in Barnstead with her family and in her free time enjoys reading, kayaking, hiking and yoga.
